that said, the composition is lovely and the emotion between the two ponies shines in lovely ways! great work!
Thanks for this critique! I read this a while back but forgot to say anything. As I think about it more now, moving more cool colors towards the bed would've helped quite a bit. Actually, having anything even close to blue in this was an afterthought while painting this, I have to keep trying to think about this stuff in the process.
